I Hireful

Hireful is a small Northampton-based company in the UK specialising in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software that assists HR staff and in-house recruiters in streamlining the recruitment and hiring process.

  • The company is well-established, but they lack a mobile site—a limitation that clients have pointed out, leaving them unable to manage tasks on the go

  • The company is facing an overhaul of their branding and design system. There is the need to adapt to changes while retaining core colours of their branding etc.

  • The need to simplify a complex table, a key feature of their software, into a mobile-friendly version.

I Challenges

I Direct Contributions

  • Initiated the concept design stage for mobile with guidance from the lead UX Designer.
  • Create mobile versions of main site screens with a focus on the table elements.

  • Maintain the core branding colors and elements while enhancing the mobile designs to be more accessible and user-centered.
